This itinerary gives you a great overview of Tanzania’s incredible wildlife and natural beauty in just three days. Of course, there are many other parks and reserves you could visit in Tanzania, depending on your interests and the length of your stay. Your safari guide will work with you to create an itinerary that meets your specific needs and interests.

Day 1: Arrival and Lake Manyara National Park

On the first day of your safari, you will arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and be met by your guide, who will drive you to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is located in the northern part of Tanzania and is known for its diverse ecosystem that includes grassy plains, a lake, and a dense forest. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, hippos, and flamingos.

You’ll spend the day exploring the park and going on game drives to see the wildlife. You may also have the opportunity to go on a walking safari or a cultural tour of a nearby village.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

On the second day of your safari, you’ll travel to the Serengeti National Park, which is one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world. The Serengeti is home to the famous wildebeest migration, which is one of the most spectacular natural events in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to see thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals as they cross the plains in search of food and water.

You’ll spend the day exploring the Serengeti and going on game drives to see the wildlife. You may also have the opportunity to go on a hot air balloon safari or a guided walking safari.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

On the third day of your safari, you’ll visit the Ngorongoro Crater, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most unique natural wonders in the world. The crater is actually a large caldera that was formed by a volcanic eruption millions of years ago. It is now home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, and rhinos.

You’ll spend the day exploring the Ngorongoro Crater and going on game drives to see the wildlife. You may also have the opportunity to visit a Maasai village and learn about their culture and way of life.

Passenger Information

  • Passengers should bring only duffle bags safaris{not suitcases}
  • All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
  • Baggage on domestic flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
  • Passengers arriving to Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
  • Tourist Visa will be obtained at the entry points, but it is advisable to double check before travelling to Tanzania.
